Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours

Discussion and consultation on all pressing questions, including:

• Basic principles and fundamentals of successful postpartum recovery

• Teaching baby care (sleep, carrying positions, hygiene, swaddling, diapering, burping)

• Teaching bathing in a regular-sized tub

• Teaching basic infant massage

• Basics of successful breastfeeding and assistance with proper latching

 

Live-in doula

 

Postpartum live-in doula support is a special level of care after childbirth that will give you as much time as needed to recover and navigate the important transition period of returning home with your baby from the maternity ward.

What it includes:

Assistance in adapting to the new role of being a mother.

Assistance in newborn care: establishing breastfeeding, bathing, umbilical cord care, help with organizing sleep. We will address absolutely all questions about caring for the baby that parents face. I can also take on some of the baby care so you can rest and get sleep after childbirth.

Assistance during milk arrival, when breasts become engorged and painful, and it's difficult for the baby to latch.

Preparation of nourishing meals.

Belly binding techniques and self-abdominal massage techniques to effectively recover after childbirth, and much more.

 

Payment by the hour - 30 euros/hour (minimum 8 hours)

Fairy for Mom - 299 EUR 

One-time pre-birth consultation for 1.5 hours on newborn care and postpartum recovery 2 postpartum visits (3 hours each): consultation on breastfeeding, diapering, sleep consultation, babywearing, demonstration of infant massage techniques, first bath, information on postpartum recovery, assistance with cleaning, preparation of nourishing meals, emotional support, answering questions, assistance with older children Belly binding (wrap) and abdominal self-massage techniques after childbirth as a gift! Messenger support for 4 weeks after childbirth (weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00, response within 2 hours)

 

Additionally, to the packages, you can order the following services:

 

Preparation of restorative meals (Your kitchen, your groceries. The list of groceries and menu are discussed in advance) - 20 euros/hour.

"Baby nanny" - 20 euros/hour.

​

Compilation of informational materials (books, articles) on topics of interest regarding the postpartum period - 10 euros.

For 100% prepayment of service packages 24 hours before the first visit, a 3% discount is provided.

Payment terms: One-time consultation/service: 100% prepayment is made 24 hours before the agreed meeting. Service packages: 30% prepayment is made 24 hours before the first consultation, the remaining 70% is paid 24 hours before the agreed date of the second visit.

*In case of force majeure and the impossibility of holding a meeting (cancellation within 3 hours) by the customer, the meeting is rescheduled once for another agreed time, but not later than 30 days.
